* Additionally, if your order is personalized and/or requires an adjustment, it may take our designer a few days to create a complete artwork file. Design time will vary depending on the adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult), and can be 2 to 5 days or more.

The above lead time only applies to orders to France using standard shipping (“days” here means “business days”).
The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes we offer above. However, the above timeframe is only approximate and may vary depending on the situation. Some items/orders may require additional shipping and/or delivery time.
Due to unforeseen bottlenecks with our suppliers and delivery companies, deliveries may be slightly delayed.
Holiday Shipping: Due to certain French and international holidays, particularly during peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you can understand.
International Orders: Orders may take additional days if they have to clear customs. We have no control over the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the resulting delivery delays.

I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times, your package will be left at the local post office or there has been a missed delivery attempt.
For orders in France, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is displayed, you can request a refund or request to have the order resent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is displayed, please wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data shows, we will replace or refund these orders.

How much does shipping cost?
Once you’ve clicked Secure Checkout, you can enter your shipping address and continue with your shipping method.
The shipping cost is then calculated and added to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
International Buyers – What about customs? Will I be charged duties or customs fees when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges vary from country to country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
