RETURN POLICY
We accept refunds/returns in the following cases:
1: Damaged/poor-quality printed products
2: Incorrect product (wrong model, wrong product type)
3: Wrong size (we sent the wrong item from your order)
4: Your item has not arrived within 30 days
5: If the customer is not satisfied with the product or it does not meet their expectations (To receive a refund, your product must be in its original, unused condition, with its tags intact, and in its original packaging.)

Replacements will take the same time as normal orders (2-5 days for processing and 10-15 days for delivery).
The total time is 12-22 days.
*We cannot accept refunds or returns on products that have been used and are not in their original packaging without tags.

We do not offer stock items – each order is individually produced after purchase. Our products are manufactured exclusively in our own production facilities.
